 Hey welcome back. Today is going to be a little different. Today I’m going to tell you the story of how. My internet went out and I wasn’t able to asses the internet for 2 whole days. Ok let me give you a little bit of back ground. My grandma gives out our Wi-Fi password to anyone and everyone. So because of this , the Wi-Fi is pretty slow. So slow in fact that i have to wait to turn in assignments. The other problem is that the location of the Wi-Fi box.It’s placed at an outlet that is also used by many other plugs. So at times the outlet gets overwhelmed and just shuts off. But this particular situation is different. Because normally when the Wi-Fi goes out we just unplug it no plug it back in. But this time that didn’t work. So as a result we had to call at&t, but since my grandma doesn’t speak English i had to call. Calling strangers does give me anxiety but i knew it had to be done. So i gained te courage and called the number. When the man picked up i explained our situation. He told me he would send someone out the next day. So when the next day comes i get home from school, and within the next hour or so the worker shows up. Me and my grandma welcome him in and show him where the internet box was. after about 20 minutes, he said that everything should be fine and give it about 10 minutes to boot back up. Finally after 3 long days of no internet and using my data, i was finally able to come to you today and share this story. Until next time friends.
